As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting interior that combines rustic charm with modern comfort. The spacious main living area features floor to ceiling windows that frame the breathtaking mountain and lake views, allowing you to soak in the natural beauty from the moment you arrive. Curl up by the grand wood burning stone fireplace on chilly evenings or gather around for a game night or movie with friends and family in the massive space. The sitting nook with oversized lounge chairs is perfect for sipping your morning coffee, reading a book or doing a puzzle while taking in the stunning surroundings. The entire home is also equipped with a Sonos Whole Home Sound system.

The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, with all new top-of-the-line appliances and large double islands that seat 10! The formal dining table also seats 10+ and offers your own private lakeside dining! Whether you're whipping up a gourmet feast or a quick breakfast before a day of adventure, you'll find everything you need here.

Each of the six bedrooms is a cozy haven, thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep and offer maximum sleeping capacity with 3 main floor bedrooms (2 bedrooms boasting custom oversized Queen over King bunkbeds and 3rd bedroom has a single King bed). The lower level Main bedroom with a King bed and gorgeous spa inspired ensuite bath and 2 bedrooms with a Queen bed and desk/private workspace or office space! The main level bedroom wing has another TV room area for those that want to spread out or kids can enjoy separately away from the main great room!

The Outdoors:

Step outside to the 8 person hot tub on the upper patio or head down to the expansive boathouse deck below and be prepared to be awe-inspired. This outdoor space offers plenty of seating for alfresco dining, stargazing, or simply relaxing by the fire pit. The highlight, of course, is the uninterrupted panoramic view of Shadow Mountain Lake and the majestic mountains beyond. It's a scene that never gets old, no matter the season.

For the adventurers among us, the lake is your playground. Enjoy direct access for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, or simply lounging on the deck. We provide 3 kayaks and 2 paddleboards with lifejackets for your use! In the winter, you can, ice fish, snowshoe, cross country-ski or build a snowman on the frozen lake. Of course, you can find nearby skiing, sledding and snowmobiling trails for endless fun in the snow.
